Tadpole Program

Introduction to Movement & Gymnastics
Ages: 2-3 years (With Adult/Caregiver participation)
Student/Teacher Ratio: 6:1 Maximum
50-Minutes; 1x/Week

The Tadpole program is designed to give your growing toddler a safe and creative environment to explore a new world of body awareness. Caregivers play a vital role in providing their child the security to explore this new world. For this reason, caregiver and child work together on the gymnastics equipment, obstacle courses and movement activities, while guided by teaching staff. Classes are structured and provide different lesson themes each week, coinciding with our Leapfrog program. Gymnastics equipment may include, but is not limited to Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Trampoline and TumbleTrak.

Leapfrog Program

Ages: 3-5 years (NO adult participation)
Student/Teacher Ratio: 6:1 Maximum
50-Minutes; 1x/Week

The Leapfrog program uses gymnastics fundamentals in an obstacle course setting using all equipment to provide children with the opportunity to advance fine and gross motor skills, physical ability, listening and social skills, in a positive and age appropriate environment, with an emphasis on having fun. Gymnastics equipment may include, but is not limited to Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Trampoline and TumbleTrak.

 Pre-Beginner

Transitional Recreational Gymnastics Class
Ages: 5-6 years (Recommended for new students and graduated LeapFrogs)
Student/Teacher Ratio: 8:1 Maximum
1 Hour; 1/Week

The Pre-Beginner program is a transitional class for Leapfrog graduates & children new to gymnastics. We focus on fundamental building blocks of beginner gymnastics skills, while increasing knowledge of gymnastics terminology, body awareness, & overall fitness.

Level I/II – Olympic Gymnastics

Ages: 6-11 years (Beginner & Intermediate Gymnasts)
Student/Teacher Ratio: 8:1 Maximum
1 Hour; 1x/Week

The Level l/ll gymnastics program focuses on the fundamental building blocks of gymnastics. In this program children will learn beginner thru intermediate level gymnastics skills on all events while increasing their knowledge of gymnastics terminology, body awareness, and overall fitness. 

Level II/III – Olympic Gymnastics

Ages: 10+ (Intermediate & Advanced Gymnasts)
Student/Teacher Ratio: 8:1 Maximum
1.5 hours; 1 or 2x/Week

The Level ll/lll gymnastics program is designed to give students who have mastered Level l/ll skills an opportunity to learn and perfect intermediate and advanced gymnastics skills, while encouraging self-motivation and self-esteem through a positive and rewarding environment. .

TEAM

Competitive Gymnastics Training by invitation only (2 to 5 days/wk – 5 to 15 hrs/wk)

The USAG Competitive team program offers the chance to compete to those gymnasts exhibiting ability and desire. Participation in the girls' team is by invitation only. Coaches evaluate girls in the gymnastics classes to determine when they have mastered the skills necessary to compete, and posses the desire and good attitude to join a team environment. The Nastics USAG team competes Levels 3 and up.

IGC Team
Our IGC team is geared to those who wish to compete but have limited time for training. This fun competitive program allows athletes to stay involved in gymnastics through Jr. High and High School and compete against other athletes with similar schedules. athletes compete only optional routines and have the option of competing on any or all events.
