Fill out Registration Card! Be sure ALL information is complete and current. New Students: Get your FREE Water Bottle! Check Newsletter & News Board regularly. Check your Email for important Nastics information and reminders! Ask Office Staff for Tuition & School calendar. HAVE FUN, LEARN & GET FIT!

DRESS CODE
Enforced for the safety of ALL our Gymnasts and Coaches. Girls: Leotard (Shorts optional) Boys: Gym Shorts & T-Shirt (Tucked In) HAIR MUST BE TIED BACK OUT OF FACE AND EYES. NO Jeans, Belts, Buckles, Zippers, Spaghetti Strap or belly Shirts, Socks, or Tights.

PICK UP/DROP OFF
For the safety of your Gymnast, punctuality is important! If you will be late picking up, please notify us. Please wait in the Parent Room at the end of class to accompany your Gymnast to your car.

ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UP POLICY
To ensure your Gymnast gets optimal instruction. Gymnasts are expected to attend every class. ONLY 3 Make-Up classes are allotted per session (2 in summer session).
In case of absence, arranging for your Gymnast's make up class with the Office IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED! (M.U.s optional)

TUITION DETAILS
PAY TUITION ONLINE option! Visit the Client Portal at www.Nastics.net. Or pay by phone, mail or in person. Accepted Forms Of Payment: Cash, Check, Debit, Visa / MasterCard. Tuition can be paid in 1, 2 or 3 installments. 1st - Deposit at the time of registration 2nd - Balance due on first day of session. 3rd - Final payment 1 month into session. WE DO NOT BILL! You will receive a payment schedule. If tuition is not paid on time, you will incur a $10 late fee each month it is late. If our program is not for you, notify the Office within the first 4 weeks of the session. Tuition will be refunded LESS registration, retroactive classes and 3% cc processing fees. NO refunds/credits for missed classes or discontinued sessions.

CLASS ORGANIZATION
Gymnasts may enter the gym NO MORE THAN 5 minutes before class starts. Upon arrival, place belongings in a cubby and sit quietly in dance area until class begins. Instructors will lead 10 minute warm-ups (and 15 minute Floor Basics for Advanced classes.) Gymnasts divide into groups for rotations. Your Gymnast's physical and emotional development is a priority! We take care to place all Gymnasts appropriately and ask your cooperation in this process. If your Gymnast feels uneasy in his/her group, please notify us!

PARENT OBSERVATION
The Parent Room allows for observation while keeping the gym environment safe.
Please limit observation to ONCE Per Month to avoid overcrowding the Parent Room.
PARENTS and SIBLINGS are NOT permitted in the gym while classes are in session.
If you have questions regarding your Gymnast's progress, please speak with the Office Staff.

IN CASE OF INJURY
ALL Staff are CPR/First Aid/Safety Certified.
In the event your Gymnast is injured during class, you will be contacted immediately.
If your Gymnast expresses discomfort or an injury that was not brought to your attention, please notify us immediately.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Call for a recording detailing closures, delayed openings or early dismissals: 631-567-0066. Make-Up Classes will be scheduled for inclement weather closings when possible.
